1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website fpgapourtous.fr (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Jaytudie (sole proprietorship, France). By creating an account, you accept these Terms in full.

3. Access to the service

The Site provides VHDL/FPGA courses, exercises, and learning tools. Accessing free content does not require an account. Creating an account (email or Google OAuth) is required to:

Save your progress
Access interactive exercises
Participate in the leaderboard
Obtain the certification

4. User account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
One account per person
Information provided must be accurate
You may delete your account at any time from settings

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (courses, exercises, exercise source code, design) is the property of Jaytudie and is protected by copyright. VHDL code written by users in exercises remains the property of their authors.

6. Certification

The FPGA Pour Tous certification is a paid service processed by Stripe. It certifies completion of the platform's courses and exercises.

Payment is one-time and final (no subscription)
The certificate reflects real-time progress
The certification is not a state-recognized diploma
Refund possible within 14 days if the certificate has not been downloaded (right of withdrawal)

7. GHDL Simulator

The GHDL simulator is provided for educational purposes only. Simulator usage is rate-limited to ensure service availability. Any attempt at exploitation, command injection, or abusive use will result in account suspension.

8. Conduct

Do not attempt to bypass the site's security systems
Do not impersonate another user
Do not use bots or automated scripts to inflate progress
Do not redistribute paid content

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". Jaytudie does not guarantee permanent service availability and shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the Site, including loss of progress data.

10. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to Terms

Jaytudie reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of any substantial changes by email or on-site notification. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
