The Site provides VHDL/FPGA courses, exercises, and learning tools. Accessing free content does not require an account. Creating an account (email or Google OAuth) is required to:

• Save your progress
• Access interactive exercises
• Participate in the leaderboard
• Obtain the certification

Club provides the content and benefits shown on the Club page. Prices, billing frequency and any applicable discount are displayed before confirming payment with Stripe.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. If you expressly ask for access to begin before that period ends and then withdraw, an amount may be due in proportion to the service already provided.

• The 72-hour pass and lifetime access are one-time payments with no automatic renewal
• “Lifetime” access means the operating lifetime of the FPGAPourTous website, not the purchaser's lifetime. It remains valid while the Site is operated and ends if the Site permanently closes. This definition does not limit statutory warranties or mandatory consumer rights
• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the selected frequency until cancelled
• The "Cancel or manage my subscription" button, available from the Club page and account settings, opens the Stripe customer portal directly
• Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for
• Deleting the account first schedules non-renewal, then immediately closes the account. Data is deleted according to the periods in the privacy policy. This does not affect the right of withdrawal or other rights provided by law

The FPGAPourTous certification is a paid service processed by Stripe. The certificate only confirms that its holder met the Site's progress requirements on its issue date.

• Payment is one-time, with no subscription or automatic renewal
• The certificate is issued by FPGAPourTous as a PDF protected by a unique identifier and a public verification page
• It is not a diploma, professional qualification, state-recognized certification, accreditation, or certification issued by an independent certification body
• Before payment, the buyer must expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right will be lost upon the first PDF download
• While the PDF has not been downloaded, the withdrawal right may be exercised within 14 days of purchase. The first download, timestamped server-side, begins digital delivery and ends that right under the express agreement collected
• This loss of the withdrawal right does not affect statutory guarantees, mandatory consumer rights, refunds due for non-performance, or any discretionary goodwill refund

To exercise an available withdrawal right, email dangremontjayson.pro@gmail.com with your name, account email, purchase date and an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing.

To prevent cheating, some actions in the editor may be limited or recorded.

• Copying, pasting, large insertions, switching tabs and delays before simulation may be recorded while editing.
• Exercise validation runs server-side whenever technically possible.
• Abuse signals are aggregated for administrator review; they do not trigger automatic anti-cheat emails to the user.
