Repeated-Addition Multiplier

i_start launches one multiplication when o_ready='1'. The module loads i_a and i_b, accumulates i_a into a result register for i_b cycles, then returns to ready. Cases i_a=0 or i_b=0 must produce o_r=0 without a long loop. Synchronous active-high reset.
