Sequence Detector "1101" (Moore vs Mealy)

Both entities detect the binary sequence 1101 on i_d and assert o_detect. Overlapping detection (after 1101, we go back to S1).

• Moore: 5 states (S0, S1, S11, S110, S1101). o_detect='1' only in S1101.
• Mealy: 4 states (S0, S1, S11, S110). o_detect='1' when in S110 with i_d='1' (combinational output).
