01General Operation

The controller manages an LED with 3 modes: off, blinking, and steady on. Transitions are triggered by button: OFF → BLINK → ON → OFF. In blink mode, the LED toggles with a half-period of G_HALF cycles.

Reset is asynchronous and active-high.

Generic G_HALF (default 25,000,000) for the blink half-period
