BCD Digit Multiplier

Multiply multiplicand by multiplier and place the decimal product in product_bcd: tens digit in the high nibble, ones digit in the low nibble.

• valid is 1 only when both inputs are between 0 and 9.
• For an invalid input, product_bcd is 8'h00.
